Christopher Clark

President & Chief Operating Officer

Chris joined Fiberlink in 2003 to deliver top-line revenue growth and to spearhead Fiberlink's transformation to become the premier software and services provider for secure mobile workforce solutions. As President & COO, Chris is responsible for the daily operations at Fiberlink, including inside sales, marketing, product, research and development as well as business strategy and worldwide business development initiatives.

Chris' previous position was CEO and board member of a tier-one, private venture start-up in a turn-around situation where he delivered continuous revenue growth and cost reductions while securing significant progress in channels and penetration of F500 global accounts.

Chris has also held executive management positions at Sprint Corporation, Unisys Corporation, Schering Plough Corporation and a United States government agency. His role has always centered on strategy, P&L responsibility, implementation of new growth initiatives and technology. Chris spent seven years at Sprint in multiple roles including Financial Analysis, M&A, and Business Development. As Vice President of IP Product Management, he led a team to implement Sprint's global IP backbone, product portfolio and sales-enabled channel.

Chris holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University and an MBA from New York University.

Neil Florio

Vice President, Marketing

Neil joined the team in 2011 to lead the marketing initiatives for MaaS360.  He is responsible for executing data driven strategies, brand building activities, market segmentation, and demand generation campaigns.  Through his leadership, Neil played a key role to help position MaaS360 as the best-in-class cloud enterprise mobility management solution in the market.

Prior to Fiberlink, Neil was the director of marketing for QlikTech, a leading provider of business analytics software, where he helped drive the rapid growth of the company, which led to the most successful IPO of 2010. While at QlikTech, the company added over 10,000 customers in just 3 years. 

With over 20 years of experience in information technology and communications, Neil held various positions at Ulticom, L3 Communications, CSC, and General Electric. 

Neil holds an MBA from Drexel University and a BS degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

Nayan Jadeja

Vice President, R&D and GM Fiberlink India

Nayan joined Fiberlink in 2005 as Vice President, Development and Delivery to help build MaaS360, a cloud-based, multi-tenant enterprise mobility platform, by leading the design, implementation and operational aspects.  In 2008, he expanded the Fiberlink India office into a full business operation where he created sales, marketing and customer service while continuing to build market leadership.  Nayan is also responsible for both the US and India technology innovation teams and their Centers of Excellence.

Prior to Fiberlink, Nayan held numerous roles at i2 Technologies including vice president of R&D for the retail supply chain product portfolio.  Earlier in his career he worked at Sabre Decision Technologies, Cimetrix Inc., and Citicorp Overseas Ltd. 

Nayan holds a BE from Mumbai University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington.
